After time in the environmental, healthcare and education sectors, Heidi worked with Carnival UK (P&O Cruises and Cunard) overseeing HR Strategy & Operations for the entire organisation – 17,500 employees across 60 labour markets.

Heidi brings that big business experience at an affordable price, to the SME sector.

Heidi says...

And when she's not working?

She loves to spend time doing fun stuff with her 2 children, close extended family and friends. She even enjoys being 'mum taxi' to various sports training events and watching the children play matches. Football rules the home but netball is Heidi's love!
